To pay your installments:
Navigate to the installments tab.
Click pay.
Select the installment(s) you wish to pay and press next.
Choose your payment method and click pay.
There are 4 primary payment methods available:
Apple Pay: Pay your installments in one Click.
Instant transfer (InstaPay): Pay using InstaPay, you can find TRU located under financial services in the bill payments section
Credit/Debit card: You can pay using your credit or debit card, either through automatic payments (auto debit) or one-time manual payments.
E-Wallets: Payments can be made using Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, Orange Cash, Meeza, and more.
Cash Payments: You can pay through our partners, Fawry, Momkn, Bee or OPay.
Online: Payments: Waffarha App or My Fawry.
Good to know:
You cannot cancel a payment while it is being processed.
Your previous selected payment method will be set as your default, you can always choose to change the method of payment.
You can find your TRU ID in the "Account" tab.
