The video shows users how to easily upload multiple contacts at once using a .CSV file.

First click on the "Contacts" tab in the left-side menu.

Then click the green(ish) "import" button. It can be found next to the "New Contact" button in the top-right of the page.

The system will ask you to drag and drop the .CSV file onto the page.

Please make sure your information matches the columns on the contacts page (Name, Address, Phone Number, etc).

The system will then ask you to confirm the mapping of the columns.

If you are uploading a single agent's contacts you can assign the ownership of the contacts before importing, or you can assign the contact ownership individually after the import.
