Tickets are non-refundable as per the event terms and conditions.
In previous years, weâve offered refunds for any reason up to four weeks before the event - a unicorn-rare policy in the festival world.
Sadly, this has become unsustainable and continuing to do so could jeopardise the financial viability of the entire event.
So, from 2026, weâre moving to a no-refunds policy to safeguard the future of Shambala.
