You can renew or upgrade your subscription from the ShareGate Home Subscription page or contact our sales team directly.
How-to
In ShareGate Home
Open ShareGate Home and sign in.
Select Subscription from the side menu.
If you have one ShareGate subscription, the Details tab and its actions are shown by default. For accounts with multiple subscriptions, click Manage next to the subscription you want to upgrade or renew.
Select Modify my subscription or Renew my subscription.
With our sales team
Our sales team is here to assist you with renewing or upgrading your subscription. You can send your request directly to our sales team through our Contact page.
Please include the email associated with your ShareGate subscription in your message so we can provide you with the best assistance possible.
Note: No manual action is needed after your subscription is renewed or upgraded. However, if you are upgrading ShareGate Migrate, you must sign out and sign in again to access Migrate Pro features.
