We find that a lot of the tech issues that are raised can be fixed with a few simple steps:
When in Sharesies, refresh your browser window.
If you access Sharesies from a bookmark, or from your home screen, delete the bookmark and reload Sharesies from the website.
Clear your browsing history and cache.
Test the site on a new browser or device, and see if the issue carries across.
