If you don’t want to use face and fingerprint authentication or PIN, you can continue logging in with your email address and Sharesies password.
Two-factor authentication and security
If you set up face and fingerprint authentication or PIN, you won’t be prompted to enter a 2FA verification code next time you log in to the app—that’ll only happen if you log in using your email and Sharesies password.

To set up face or fingerprint authentication or PIN:
Open the Sharesies app on your mobile device or tablet.
Select Login. Enter your email address and Sharesies password.
Enter your 6-digit verification code if you’ve set up 2FA.
Choose to set up face or fingerprint authentication if your device allows. When setting up a PIN, enter a 4-digit code that you’ll remember next time you log into the Sharesies app. You can’t set up a PIN with repeated (e.g. 2222) or consecutive numbers (e.g. 1234).
You’ll be all set for the next time you log into the Sharesies app.
Change your PIN
To change your 4-digit PIN:
Head to Settings > Account
Select 4-digit PIN Choose a new PIN. You can’t set up a PIN with repeated (e.g. 2222) or consecutive numbers (e.g. 1234).
