To sign up you must be a current investor on the Sharesies platform, an Australian resident, and use the relevant link/s provided by Sharesies or available on the Sharesies platform (Eligible Participant).

You acknowledge that features that you access as part of the Beta Club are live and it is not a demonstration-only or test environment. Any actions you take will be effective and will apply to your account and may impact your portfolio and its returns where you have taken an investment action. It is important that you understand the risks associated with investing and only utilise the features you would in your usual day-to-day investing activities. Sharesies and its associated entities are not responsible for any investment decision or action that you take and subsequent outcomes of such actions.

By being part of Beta Club you agree to receive communications for customer and user testing of the Sharesies platform.

You agree that the responses you submit in entering the Beta Club will be owned by Sharesies (your Responses). Responses include any feedback submitted for product features on the Sharesies platform.

You agree that Sharesies and its associated entities or engaged third parties may contact you to discuss your feedback.

You agree that Sharesies or the Sharesies platform may contact you about newly released product features available to Beta Club participants.

You acknowledge that you will not be remunerated for participating in the Beta Club, unless otherwise expressly agreed with Sharesies. Participation in the Beta Club does not constitute an offer of employment with Sharesies, nor does it create an agent or contractor relationship.

Participants of Beta Club receive free access to features whilst those features are only available to Beta Club members (the Free Access Period). A fee for use of a feature may apply after the Free Access Period once a feature is released to Sharesies platform users beyond the Beta Club. Sharesies may in its absolute discretion choose to extend the Free Access Period.

Sharesies, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant from participating in Beta Club the Promotion for behaving in an antisocial manner.

Sharesies reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel your access to the Beta Club at any time without notice.

The Beta Club Is provided by Sharesies Australia Limited (ACN 648 811 830, Australia Financial Services Licence No. 529893).

By entering the Beta Club, you agree to all applicable terms and conditions including these terms and conditions, and the Sharesies Limited Terms & Conditions that govern the Sharesies platform.
