After you've entered your option grants and set up the vesting schedules you can invite your employees onto Sharesies Private to view their options.
Each option grant has an invitation button (so long as an email address has been entered for the entity, your profile is live and the option holder hasn't already registered their Sharesies Private account).
You can add a customised message to the email invitation.

You can come back and re-invite an option holder on a later day if they miss their invitation email.
