We find that a lot of the tech issues that are raised can be fixed with a few simple steps:

  • When in Sharesies, refresh your browser window.

  • If you access Sharesies from a bookmark, or from your home screen, delete the bookmark and reload Sharesies from the website.

  • Clear your browsing history and cache.

  • Test the site on a new browser or device, and see if the issue carries across.

If you’ve tried the above and the issue remains, flick us a screenshot of what you’re seeing (or not seeing!) so that we can do some further investigation.
