The Share Club NZ Sharesies Trick & Treat Giveaway (Promotion) is run by Sharesies Limited (Sharesies).

  1. The promotion is a draw facilitated by Sharesies Limited for a prize pack containing a $50 Sharesies Gift voucher, and merchandise (Promotion).

  2. By entering the Promotion, you agree to all applicable terms and conditions including these terms and conditions, Gifting Terms and Conditions and Sharesies Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  3. The promotion runs from 8 AM on 28 October 2022 until 8 AM on 2 November 2022. (Promotional Period).

  4. Entry in the Promotion is only open to NZ residents who are members of the Facebook group Sharesies’ Share Club NZ (“Eligible Participant”). Sharesies staff and their immediate family are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. The beneficial owner of a Kids Account is not an Eligible Participant.

  5. To enter the Promotion, comment on the “Trick & Treat” Giveaway post on Share Club NZ. One entry per person.

  6. Sharesies reserves the right to disqualify anyone from the Promotion for commenting multiple times or behaving in a “spammy” or antisocial manner.

  7. Sharesies, in their sole discretion, will randomly select one winner from all valid entries on 2 November 2022.

  8. The winner will be sent a message by Sharesies and named on the announcement post in Share Club NZ. If Sharesies have not received any communication from a winner by 4 November 2022 , Sharesies may in its sole discretion, deem the winner to have forfeited their prize pack and draw another winner in accordance with these Share Club NZ Giveaway Terms and Conditions.

  9. The winner will need to be a Sharesies Customer, or sign up in order to redeem the Sharesies Gift voucher. Sharesies’ customer eligibility criteria apply.

  10. Sharesies can choose not to award the prize if we reasonably suspect the winning entry to involve fraudulent, misleading or deceptive conduct. If we do not award the prize on one of these grounds, we will draw another winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  11. The prize is not redeemable for cash.

  12. Sharesies will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, invalid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, service, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

  13. Sharesies reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time without notice.

  14. The Promotion is not associated with Facebook and they are not liable in respect of this Promotion.
