The Giveaway is run by Sharesies Limited (Sharesies) and is governed by these terms and conditions.

  1. The promotion is a draw facilitated by Sharesies Limited for a prize of one of three $50 Sharesies Gift vouchers (Promotion).

  2. By entering the Promotion, you agree to all applicable terms and conditions including these terms and conditions, our Gifting Terms and Condition and Sharesies Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  3. The Promotion runs from 8 AM 22 November 2022 to 8 AM 29 November 2022. (Promotional Period).

  4. Entry in the Promotion is only open to NZ residents who complete the Go-to Guide feedback survey, and who enter their details at the completion of the survey (Eligible Participant). Sharesies staff and their immediate family are not Eligible Participants. The beneficial owner of a Sharesies Kids Account is not an Eligible Participant.

  5. To enter the Promotion, complete the Go-to Guide feedback survey, which has been sent out to those who have received all five chapters from the Go-to Guide. One entry per person.

  6. Sharesies reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant from participating in the Promotion for behaving in a “spammy” or antisocial manner.

  7. Sharesies, in their sole discretion, will randomly select three winners from all valid entries on 29 November 2022.

  8. The winner will be sent via email from Sharesies. If Sharesies has not received any communication from a winner by 12 PM 1 December 2022, Sharesies may, in its discretion: deem the winner to have forfeited their selection and prize and draw another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  9. Sharesies can choose not to award the prize if we reasonably suspect the winning entry to involve fraudulent, misleading or deceptive conduct. If we do not award the prize on one of these grounds, we will draw another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  10. The Sharesies Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and you must invest any prize funds you receive before withdrawing these.

  11. Sharesies does not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, invalid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, service, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

  12. Sharesies reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time without notice.
