The Giveaway is run by Sharesies Limited (Sharesies) and is governed by these terms and conditions.
The promotion is a draw to be facilitated by Sharesies Limited for a different giveaway each day for 7 days 1-7 Dec on Instagram. (Promotion).
By entering the Promotion, you agree to all applicable terms and conditions including these terms and conditions, our Sharesies Gift Terms & Conditions and our Terms & Conditions.
The Promotion runs from 2 PM Thursday 1 Dec 2022 to 8 AM Thursday 8 Dec. (Promotional Period).
Entry in the Promotion is open to NZ residents (Eligible Participant). Sharesies staff and their immediate family are not Eligible Participants.
To enter the Promotion, you must complete the entry requirements listed on the eligible Sharesies giveaway post on Instagram. Sharesies reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant from participating in the Promotion for behaving in a “spammy” or antisocial manner.
Sharesies, in their sole discretion, will randomly select one winner the morning after each day's giveaway.
The winner will be notified via a reply to their comment on the post, they will be invited to DM Sharesies to organise receiving the prize. If Sharesies has not received any communication from a winner by 15 Dec 2022. Sharesies may, in its discretion: deem the winner to have forfeited their selection and prize and draw another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Sharesies can choose not to award the prize if we reasonably suspect the winning entry to involve fraudulent, misleading or deceptive conduct. If we do not award the prize on one of these grounds, we will draw another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The prizes are not redeemable for cash and money from a Sharesies Gift must be invested before being withdrawn.
Sharesies does not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, invalid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, service, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
Sharesies reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time without notice.
The Promotion is not associated with Facebook or Instagram (Meta) or any of their subsidiaries and they are not liable in respect of this Promotion.
