The Giveaway is run by Sharesies Limited (Sharesies) and is governed by these terms and conditions.
The promotion is a draw to be facilitated by Sharesies Limited for two prizes of a $100 Sharesies Gift and a limited edition 2023 Sharesies tee (Promotion).
By entering the Promotion, you agree to all applicable terms and conditions including these terms and conditions, our Gifting Terms and Condition and our customer Terms & Conditions.
The Promotion runs from 8 AM 5 Dec 2022 until 8 AM on 9 Dec 2022 (Promotional Period).
Entry in the Promotion is open to NZ residents. Sharesies staff and their immediate family are not Eligible Participants.
To enter the Promotion, you must leave a comment on the eligible giveaway post in Share Club NZ. One entry per person. Sharesies reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant from participating in the Promotion for behaving in a “spammy” or antisocial manner.
Sharesies, in their sole discretion, will randomly select two winners on 9 December 2022.
The winners will be notified via a reply to their comment on the post, they will be invited to message the Sharesies Facebook page to organise receiving their prize. If Sharesies has not received any communication from a winner by 15 December 2022. Sharesies may, in its discretion: deem the winner to have forfeited their selection and prize and draw another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Sharesies can choose not to award the prize if we reasonably suspect the winning entry to involve fraudulent, misleading or deceptive conduct. If we do not award the prize on one of these grounds, we will draw another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The prize is not redeemable for cash and you must invest any prize funds you receive before withdrawing these.
Sharesies does not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, invalid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, service, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
Sharesies reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time without notice.
The Promotion is not associated with Facebook or any of their subsidiaries and they are not liable in respect of this Promotion.
