To make sure that Creatives get paid on a regular basis for large projects, Share automatically sets up checkpoints for projects over $1,000. When you submit a proposal for these projects, you will see the payments divided up into “checkpoints” of 50%, 40% and 10%. You can propose when you would like to receive these checkpoint payments when you submit your proposal.
As part of your proposal you can also include how many revisions you are willing to provide. Share is committed to helping organizations know what they are getting and creatives avoid scope creep. You can use the file upload feature on Share to track your revisions and make sure both the organization and the creative know how many revisions have been submitted.
