You can track all of your projects - active or waiting on proposals by clicking on My Projects. You can view your active projects and select one to see whether you have received new files from the Creative. You can also use Share’s messaging feature to communicate with your Creative about project updates.

We recommend having a conversation with your Share Creative about when and how you expect to receive project updates when you accept their proposal. If you run into any issues, reach out to our Customer Success Team.
