Hosts may mute a member from the chat if their participation becomes unsupportive or disruptive to the group. Once muted, the member will no longer be able to send messages in the chat, ensuring a healthier environment for everyone.
To mute a member from chat:
Hover over their message.
Click the three dots next to their message.
Select the chat icon with an “X” next to it.
If needed, you can mute all members to close out communication in the chat.
