ShareWell’s Peer Support Specialists are a carefully selected community of trained peers who bring lived experience, empathy, and peer support training into every 1-on-1 session. They are not therapists or clinicians — they are people who have navigated real mental health challenges and are trained to hold supportive, non-judgmental space.

Our Peer Specialists represent a diverse and growing range of lived experiences, including:

  • Mental health recovery and resilience

  • Navigating life transitions and burnout

  • Trauma-informed peer support

  • Neurodivergence and identity exploration

  • Grief, loss, and emotional overwhelm

  • Building coping skills and self-trust

New Peer Specialists are added regularly as the program grows, ensuring a wide range of perspectives and relatable experiences.
