Audio and Camera Support

If you are having issues with your camera or microphone, there are a few things you can try!

Audio Issues

  1. Check microphone permissions in your browser

  2. Select the correct microphone

  3. Close other apps using your mic

  4. Leave and rejoin the group

  5. Restart your device if needed

Camera Issues

  1. Check camera permissions

  2. Select the correct camera

  3. Close other apps using your camera

  4. Refresh your browser

  5. Restart your device
