Become a ShareWell Host

Written by ShareWell Support

A Peer Support Host is someone who facilitates ShareWell groups by helping guide conversations, encouraging participation, and creating a safe, supportive space for everyone involved. Hosts are peers—not professionals or therapists—and they support others through shared lived experience, empathy, and understanding.

Who can host a peer support group?

Any individual with lived experience on a particular topic and a passion for supporting others can become a host on ShareWell. Formal credentials or professional qualifications are not required. What matters most is empathy, understanding, and a willingness to create a safe and supportive environment for peers.
