Absolutely! You can use ShareWell alongside therapy as part of a well-rounded support system.

While therapy involves working with a licensed clinician who provides diagnosis and clinical treatment, ShareWell offers non-clinical support through connection, shared experience, and guided growth. Many people find these approaches work well together.

ShareWell’s peer support groups offer a space to connect with others who have shared lived experiences and to feel heard and understood in community. Join a peer support group here.

You can also book 1:1 private calls with trained Peer Specialists, who provide private, non-clinical support rooted in lived experience, active listening, and presence here.

For skill-building and personal growth, expert-led coaching groups are facilitated by licensed coaches and wellness practitioners and focus on areas like resilience, communication, relationships, and holistic well-being here.

Together, therapy and ShareWell’s peer groups, 1:1 peer support, and coaching groups can each play a unique and complementary role in supporting your mental health and personal growth.
