I am having connection issues during a group. What should I do?

We are sorry you’re having difficulty connecting to the group. Here are a few things you can do to try and resolve the issue:

  • Check your internet connection, as unstable connections can cause disconnections. If possible, move closer to your Wi-Fi router or switch to a more stable network.

  • Use a computer instead of a mobile device, as computers tend to have more reliable connections.

  • Switch to a different browser (e.g., use Google Chrome instead of Safari) and ensure your browser is updated to the latest version.

  • Make sure ShareWell has permission to access your camera and microphone. You can check this at https://sharewellnow.com/camera-test.

  • Close all browser windows completely, then reopen and rejoin your group.
