How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please email support@sharewellnow.com. Please note that a deleted account *permanently* deletes all of your account history from ShareWell. This action cannot be undone.

If you would like to take a break from ShareWell and hide your profile from the community, you can choose to temporarily de-activate your account.

To deactivate your account, please visit sharewellnow.com/profile/settings or click the Settings icon in the bottom left corner, scroll down, and click the red Deactivate button. Then follow the prompts on the screen to confirm your selection. De-activated accounts can be re-activated by emailing us.

We strongly encourage members to consider de-activating for a period before deleting their accounts.
