Canceling groups that you cannot attend ahead of time is very important. ShareWell groups have participant limits, and if you do not unregister for a group, you may inadvertently keep someone who really needs support that day from attending a group.
You can unregister for a group anytime before it starts. Out of respect for your peers, please do so as early as possible to free up the spot for others who may need support.
To unregister:
Go to the home page
Access your upcoming groups under the Upcoming section
Select the group you want to unregister from
Click the blue "unregister" button on the group page
You can also:
Access your groups on the group screen under the Your Next Groups section at the top
OR
Press the word Unregister in the group reminder emails you receive
