Why was my group canceled?

At ShareWell, group cancellations are rare. However, a group may be canceled if fewer than two participants are present. As a peer support platform, we require at least two members to hold a group β€” this ensures that meaningful connection and shared support can still take place.

If a host is unable to attend, the group is not canceled. Instead, it becomes a group-hosted group, where peers guide the conversation together. These groups still follow our safety guidelines and ground rules, and often lead to powerful, collaborative support among members.
