At ShareWell, session cancellations are rare. However, a session may be canceled if fewer than two participants are present. As a peer support platform, we require at least two members to hold a session—this ensures that meaningful connection and shared support can still take place.
If a host is unable to attend, the session is not canceled. Instead, it becomes a group-hosted session, where peers guide the conversation together. These sessions still follow our safety guidelines and ground rules, and often lead to powerful, collaborative support among members.
We know cancellations can be disappointing and appreciate your understanding. We encourage you to check out other upcoming sessions that may fit your needs and availability.
