For safety, trust, and accountability, members are required to have their camera on and remain visible during ShareWell groups unless a host explicitly states otherwise.
We know this rule is different from many other online spaces, but it is an important part of what makes ShareWell feel safe, connected, and supportive. Being on camera helps confirm who is present, creates a shared sense of presence, and protects the confidentiality of what is being discussed. Because members often share deeply personal experiences, it is important to know who is in the space and that no one is participating anonymously.
If you are unable to be on camera for any reason, please let the host know before or during the group. Hosts may make limited accommodations at their discretion when doing so does not compromise group safety or comfort.
