At ShareWell, we define peer support as individuals with shared lived experiences coming together to connect, share, and support one another. It’s a space for honest conversation—where members engage in supportive discussions, share personal stories, and offer empathy to those facing similar challenges.

Unlike formal therapy or counseling, ShareWell sessions are not about fixing or diagnosing. They’re about showing up for each other with honesty and care. Each group is guided by a trained peer host who helps create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where all voices are heard.

Some people come to speak and share. Others come simply to listen. There’s no pressure—just the opportunity to be part of a community that values presence, vulnerability, and mutual support. However you choose to participate, your presence matters.

What makes ShareWell special is the culture we’ve built together—one of vulnerability, compassion, and radical respect. To help protect that, we ask everyone to follow a few simple ground rules:

  • Be present and respectful: Keep your camera on and remain fully engaged in the space.

  • Share your lived experience: Speak only from your own life, and avoid giving advice.

  • Keep it confidential: Everything shared in a session stays private.

These values allow our sessions to feel safe, genuine, and deeply connective. Over time, many members find a rhythm—showing up regularly, connecting with others on similar journeys, and even building relationships that extend beyond a single session. It's not always easy to open up, but when you do, there’s a community here ready to listen.
