Once an evaluation is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances
Why Evaluation Fees Are Non-Refundable
Evaluation fees cover:
Platform access
Technology and infrastructure costs
Risk assessment and monitoring
Operational and administrative expenses
These costs are incurred immediately upon account activation.
Important Notes
Refunds are not issued for:
Failed evaluations
Rule violations
Account termination
Inactivity suspensions
Personal trading decisions or mistakes
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account termination
