You can reuse a membership plan over a number of years. However if you decided to change the price for new memberships you should rename the old membership and create a new membership plan for the new price. e.g. Adult Membership => Adult Membership (2013-16), new Adult Membership (2017).

If set, the Public Name is displayed on certificates and documents in place of the plan name above.

Turn on (recommended) so that memberships auto-renew when the end date is reached.

Select the different (custom) payment plans available for this membership. Payment Plans set as "on for all" will be available regardless of the values here.

One off joining fee that's added to new online sign-ups.

Allows a plan to be active and available to sheepApp while deferring the start date. Once the start date is passed the plan works exactly as a normal plan.

Use a fixed end date where the plan should stop at a fixed point regardless of start date
