Edit your account details from the user profile link on the left hand menu. 

(On older views this link is your photo or an auto generated avatar with your initials)

You can edit your first and last name.

Your email address is used to secure your account so we don't allow your email address to be edited. (If you left your browser logged in another person could replace your email address and hijack your account). If you need to change your email address please ask the account holder to contact support.

We recommend that you don't share accounts but give each user their own personal account linked to their personal email address. This provides you with the best security and audit trail. You will clearly see that Joe made the peculiar change at 5.30 on Friday rather than one of several people sharing the office account.
