sheepApp settings allow you to set the options for what is visible and available to your sheepApp users when logged in. Such as custom naviagtion and what available options users can see based on your license and modules.

Who can control the sheepApp settings?

Only sheepCRM administrators can access and manage sheepApp settings. If you are a staff user please contact your flock administrator if you need to make changes.

How do I change my sheepApp settings?

To control your sheepApp settings, go to > https://settings.sheepcrm.com/app/config/app_settings


Menu navigation

These settings allow you to create your own sheepApp menu for your users to navigate through the App or to external websites such as your website or third-party application.

Available Options

What are the available options?

These are global settings for what is visible and available to your sheepApp users when logged in. The toggles that will be available to you will be based on your license and the modules you have active. Some are universal, but give you some extra control over whether people can access these in the sheepApp.

💡Please note: These toggles are also visible in more than one place in settings such as the specific module settings like Membership App settings or Forms App settings. They will be consistently set wherever the toggles appear; toggling it off in the specific Membership App settings will also toggle it off in the global sheepApp settings page as well.

Once set, usually during onboarding, these settings will rarely if ever need to be changed. However, in certain circumstances, your flock may want to turn off specific access to one of these modules in the sheepApp. For example, Teams might only be used internally and therefore you would want to turn them of entirely in sheepApp.

License/Module level options

  • Enable membership in sheepApp

    • Membership features can be accessed in sheepApp

  • Enable forms in sheepApp

    • Forms can be accessed in sheepApp

  • Enable giving in sheepApp

    • Donations and Appeal features can be accessed in sheepApp

  • Enable teams in sheepApp

    • Standard Team pages can be accessed in sheepApp

  • Enable spaces in sheepApp

    • Spaces and reservations can be accessed in sheepApp

  • Enable events in sheepApp

    • Events can be accessed in sheepApp

  • Enable courses in sheepApp

    • Courses can be accessed in sheepApp

Other options

  • Enable payments view in sheepApp

    • Payments can be viewed in sheepApp

  • Enable messages in sheepApp

    • Messages can be viewed in sheepApp

  • Enable consent in sheepApp

    • Consent and privacy pages can be accessed in sheepApp

  • Enable library in sheepApp

    • Library can be accessed in sheepApp

  • Enable documents in sheepApp

    • Documents can be accessed in sheepApp from the library
