Bookings can have invoices attached to them. The 'buyer mode' decides how the booking should operate.
Single - a single contact will be invoiced (default)
Multiple - multiple contacts will be invoiced (consider if tickets are appropriate instead of multiple invoices)
Off - turn off invoicing e.g. for an internal meeting
Edit from the Booking Setup card
Choose from the Buyer mode options.
