Placing a reservation or enquiry

Step-by-step process for making a reservation or enquiry through the self-service app

Reservation and enquiries can be made online for timeslots for venues created in SheepCRM. While reservations require you to be logged in to your SheepApp account, enquiries can be made as a guest without the need to register or log in.

Browsing venues

All the available venues can be viewed by clicking on 'View available spaces' on the app homepage. Venues can be searched for by using the search bar at the top of the page. Clicking on a venue will bring up a detailed page with more information, restrictions and available timeslots.

Reserving a timeslot

Once a venue has been chosen, you can then choose the timeslot you want to reserve. You can view the nearest available slots on the right of the venue, and can select duration of the timeslot you wish to reserve. Either click on 'Reserve' on a slot to start the reservation, or click on 'View more dates' to bring up the calendar.

In the calendar you can change the month and click on a day to see the available timeslots for that date. Some timeslots can be marked as restricted. In order to select these timeslots you must be logged in and meet the criteria mentioned.

You will be asked to log in or register to place a reservation, enquiries can be placed on timeslots without needing to log in. To see more about enquiries, please see the next section.

After logging in, you will need to enter your details to continue. If you have placed a reservation before, you can use your last used address. If you have not made any previous reservations or wish to use a new address, click on 'New Address' and enter in your details in the form that appears below.

Finally, if the timeslot requires payment, you will need to enter payment information to finish the reservation. After confirming the reservation, you will be sent an email confirming the reservation.

Enquiries on a timeslot

If the venue allows the ability to make an enquiry, you can place an enquiry on a timeslot. This does not book or reserve the timeslot for you, but notifies the venue provider that you are interested in the selected timeslot. You can view your current enquiries and their current status in your app homepage.

Viewing reservations or enquiries

Upcoming reservations and enquiries can be viewed by logging in to your account, or registering an account with the email address used to make the reservation.

Once logging in you will land on the app homepage and there will be a reservations section on the page, showing all reservations and enquiries made for upcoming dates.

Cancelling a reservation or enquiry

It is not currently possible to cancel reservations or enquiries through the self-service app. If you wish to cancel your reservation or enquiry, please contact the venue provider directly with your email address and reservation date.
