What to do if a member no longer wishes to use sheepApp

While we built sheepApp to make it easier for your members to stay in control of their own information and easily update and renew their memberships, occasionally a member may wish to opt out of this platform.

In this instance, please first ensure that you have verified authorisation from the member (rather than a third party impersonating a member), then contact support@sheepcrm.com where we will confirm and process the account removal.

Please note that any attempt to log in or re-register after the account is removed will cause a fresh account to be created and linked back to the member.
