Introduction to the calendar

There are several ways to visualise your bookings but the calendar is usually the most popular.

Moving around the calendar
The default view is a whole month. Use the control buttons in the top left-hand corner to switch between Month, Week and Day views. Move around the calendar using the arrow buttons in the top right-hand corner. The single arrow '<' or '>' will move one unit of time i.e. next month on month view and next week on week view. The double arrow '>>' will move back and forth by the next largest unit: Jump a year in month view, a month in week view. Finally, use the 'Today' button to jump back to today.

Events
Click on any event to get a pop-up card with a summary of the event. Click on 'View' on the pop-up card to load the full booking details. Click on any of the white space on an empty day or around an existing event to create a new booking.

Notes
Calendar notes are shown in dark grey. Use a calendar note like a post-it to communicate something that is going on that you want to highlight on the calendar. e.g. "Fire alarms being tested at 10"

Deleting Items

Event bookings like contacts and other records in Sheep are marked as deleted before being actually deleted. We’ve all been there and deleted the wrong item. Deleted items will remain visible on the calendar for up to 6 hours before they are removed.
