How can your team use Sheetgo?

COLLABORATE for free.

Everyone that has access to the same spreadsheet is able to see other team member's connections, make edits and run one-click updates using the Sheetgo Add-on, however only the connection owner is able to delete it.

The connection owner can create a Workflow to share the connections as well so that others can access via the web platform (app.sheetgo.com). Learn more.

How to select a plan that suits your usage?

You can start using Sheetgo for free and continue using that way if you only need to connect a few sheets and transfer data with the click of a mouse.

Our subscription plans are based on two criteria:

  1. The total number of connections; and
  2. Access to premium features

Free plan

After installing Sheetgo, you are automatically using the free plan.

You will be able to:

  • Create up to 5 connections
  • Consolidate up to 3 sheets, and
  • Click to update each connection

Subscription plans 

These plans are related to individual licenses.

So, the price is per user and we have special offers if you are a team or if you need a license for your whole domain. Learn more.

The premium features are:

  • Automatic updates
  • Consolidate more than 3 sheets
  • Consolidate from a folder

What are the payment options?

First, it is important to know that Sheetgo has a subscription model.

Your payment will be renewed automatically at the interval you selected: monthly or yearly. 

You can make a payment with your credit card directly in Sheetgo's application in the Account section of the menu. 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Our HQ is in Spain, so your credit card must allow international payments if you are outside Spain.

If you have any error during the checkout in our pricing, please send us a message clicking on the question mark and start talking to us.

I'm paying for another team member to use. What should I do? 

Please contact support@sheetgo.com with your plan request or talk directly to us by clicking on the question mark. We will answer you during working hours with your invoice for you to send to the responsible person in your company.

I'll need an invoice. What should I do?

After inserting your information, credit card, and request purchase, there will be a form for you to insert your billing information. Within 24 hours, you'll receive an invoice in your email. Please contact support@sheetgo.com with your plan request or talk directly to us by clicking on the question mark.

I just paid. Now, what is going to happen?

The user's account will be automatically configured. To unlock the features and credits just close and reopen Sheetgo. Your new plan will be displayed in the bottom left corner.

If I test and I'm not satisfied with Sheetgo. Are there refunds?

We are committed to your success.

We will be there to support you all the way to create your solution through email support and personal support depending on the plan you are and needs.

If even after that you are not satisfied, you can ask for a total refund in the first month.

How can I upgrade or downgrade?

You can change your plan anytime in the account section at the menu.

How can I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account anytime in the account section at the menu.
We'll be sad that if want to leave, and it'll be helpful if you can share the reason with us to support our improvement.
