How to Use SheetSense (Step-by-Step)

✅ 1. Upload Your Spreadsheet

  • Head to SheetSense and create a free account.

  • Upload your spreadsheet by dragging and dropping the file or clicking the Upload button.

  • You’ll see a preview of your data—click Continue if everything looks good.


✅ 2. Select Columns to Clean

  • Toggle on the columns you want to clean.

  • For each selected column, choose the correct data type:

    • Names → Name

    • Dates → Date

    • Phone numbers → Phone Number

    • Addresses → Address

    • Cities → Cities

    • Prices → Currency


✅ 3. Choose Formatting Styles

  • Click on a column name in the left sidebar.

  • Use the dropdown to choose how you want the data to be formatted:

  • Click Save after selecting the format for each column.


✅ 4. Review Your Cleaned Data

  • Use Review Mode at the top to preview the transformation.

  • If everything looks good, you're ready to export.


✅ 5. Export Your File

  • Click Export

  • Choose your file name and preferred file format (CSV or XLSX)

Done! 🎉 Your cleaned spreadsheet is ready to use.
