Integration Overview
VetHub Rx integrates directly with Shepherd to streamline your prescription workflow. It securely reads client and patient data from Shepherd to enable seamless prescribing through the VetHub Rx platform. When a prescription is created, it is automatically written back into the patient’s prescription record in Shepherd.
This ensures that all prescription activity remains consistent, accessible, and centralized within your Shepherd account.
How to Enable the VetHub Rx Integration in Shepherd
To activate the integration within Shepherd:
Navigate to Admin -> Integrations
Select Data Connections and locate the tile for VetHub Rx
Use the toggle to Enable integration
Navigate to your Admin -> Clinic Settings to record your Clinic ID
Contact VetHub Rx and provide your Clinic ID to complete configuration
