Merge Patients

Accidentally made two of the same patient? No worries. Here's how to merge two patient profiles into one.

In an instance where you find duplicate patient profiles, you have the option to merge them.

  1. Open the patient profile

  2. Select the Edit Icon

  3. Select Merge Patient

    1. Note: You can only merge patients within the same client. If the duplicate patient is under a different client, you will need to first 'Change Client' so both patients have the same client.

  4. Choose the patient you want to merge into

NOTE: Double-check your patient merge selections! A patient merge cannot be undone once completed.

The option to merge patients is based on user role permissions.
