For sure! You are able to choose who can access Shepherd outside of the clinic and make changes at any time. When a user is setup the admin is able to toggle remote access at that time.  An email will be sent to that user with an invite to Shepherd and requesting that they setup a password.  Each user is assigned a randomly created PIN for security reasons.  Users who have remote access can log in at home or on the road where ever they have an internet connection.  Users with PIN only access will only be allowed to log in while at the clinic after the admin has put in the master username and password to start Shepherd in the clinic.
