If you're unable to log in, here are the steps to reset your password:
Make sure you're logged out of Sherpa on the device you'll be using to reset your password
You are logged in if you can see your initials in the top right corner
Once logged out, visit the password reset link: https://sherpa-online.com/password/reset
Check your emails for next steps
Make sure you're logged out on Sherpa on the device you're using to follow the link, otherwise you'll be redirected to the homepage
Once you've reset your password, you should be able to log in as normal on any device.
If you set up your Sherpa account via Apple ID and you're having issues resetting your password, please use the green chat bubble in the bottom right to speak to a member of the team.
How to log out
If you are logged in, you will see your initials in the top right of the screen. To log out, click on your initials and then you'll see the option in the dropdown menu:
