1. Wait for your tutor to accept the request.
Your tutor will have received an email and SMS notification to let them know that you've requested an introduction and should get back to you within a few hours. When they send you a message or accept your introduction request, you'll receive an email and SMS notification.
2. Join your introduction!
Once your tutor has accepted your introduction request, you're good to go. The call will take place through your browser on Sherpa (no need to install any software). It's strongly recommended you join this call on a laptop, with an up-to-date browser for the best experience.
5 minutes before your introduction starts, you'll receive an email with a link to join the classroom to meet your tutor:
