Leaving a Review

Leaving a review is super easy. Once you have one completed lesson with a tutor you will be able to review them.

From almost any page, you can find your reviews page by navigating to the "Manage Bookings" tab at the top of the screen.

If you are already on your bookings page, your reviews can be found on the "Manage My Bookings" sidebar on the left:

It's a good idea to write one after a few lessons when you are more comfortable with them. You can always update it at any time if your feelings change.

What should you write in a Review?

Remember you are providing feedback on the tutor and the quality of the tuition you have received. Leave them a star rating you think is appropriate and always try to add at least a sentence describing your experience with them so far. This helps future students understand the tutor better.

This feedback not only helps tutors see what they are doing well and where to improve, but It really helps them by improving their status on Sherpa.

As they gain a number of good reviews, their rating increases their chances of gaining more students, helping them fulfil their passions as Sherpa tutors!

Editing a Review

If anything changes during your lessons and you would like to change your review, you can edit what you wrote at any time through your reviews page.

Our tutors love hearing about how your exams went after results day. If you'd like to give them a special thank you, edit your review to show how far you have come with their help.
