Leaving a review is very easy. Once you have completed a lesson with a tutor you will be able to leave a review for them.

From almost any page, you can find your Reviews page by using the 'Manage Bookings' dropdown at the top of the screen.

If you are already on your Bookings page, your Reviews page can be found through the sidebar on the left:

It's a good idea to write a review after a few lessons with the tutor. You can always update it at any time if you wish.

Remember you are providing feedback on the tutor and the quality of the tuition you have received. Leave them a star rating and always try to add at least a sentence describing your experience with them so far. This helps future students understand the tutor better.

This feedback not only helps tutors see what they are doing well and where to improve, but it also helps them by improving their rating on Sherpa.

If you would like to update your review, you can edit what you have written at any time through your Reviews page.

Our tutors love hearing about how your exams went after results day. If you'd like to give them a special thank you, edit your review to show how far you have come with their help.
