You can export the ZIP folder of your classroom to upload and reuse it in another lesson. Please note: this file is only readable when imported into the Sherpa Classroom and will not function as lesson notes.

This is particularly helpful if you are teaching the same lesson twice. Or you can export the Zip file after a lesson to review it in the next lesson and continue from where you left off! All of your images, PDFs and annotations will be there.

Follow the steps below to export a Zip file from a Space.

  1. In the top right corner of your Space click on the 3 dots.

  2. Select Export.
    โ€‹

  3. Your Zip will be automatically saved to downloads and you can rename it to remind you what is inside and save it in your personal files.

  4. Open another Space and use the "+" icon in the top left corner.

  5. Click Import Zip and choose the Zip file you've previously downloaded.
