The 7-day free trial unlocks all the features of the specific plan. However, you should note that the full quotas are locked until the 7-day free trial expires:

To skip the 7-day Free trial, go to the Plans page from the left sidebar while in Smart SEO, then click the Subscribe button under your plan.

Note that this will not lead to "double-subscription", as your 7-day Free trial subscription is Free. Once you confirm the actual subscription, the full quota will be released to your store.
