You get to stay on top of profiles’ activities- seeing individual’s performance across key metrics like posts per week, engagement, profile views, follower growth and more.

At a glance, you can see who in your organisation is making an impact. Sort the data as you like: alphabetically, by activity*, profile views, followers, or connections.

*The average activity level is based on your posting habits over the last 12 weeks.

Navigation: Choose who to track by selecting the "All profiles" drop-down field.

Recommendation: Use the leaderboard for healthy internal competition to keep the team motivated.

By clicking on one of the profiles you’ll get on overview of the individual’s profile activity. Track their posting frequency, follower growth, impression count, engagement, and profile views.

Navigation: To see a profile’s activity trend over time, you can use the drop-down field in the Impressions, Profile views, and Followers tab.

Recommendation: Strive for consistent posting. Ideally, keep activity around the middle range to maintain sustainable engagement. (not like the photo below)

Under the engagement board the most successful posts are displayed, customizable by metrics such as impressions, reactions, comments, and reposts.

Recommendation: Filtering by impressions can be particularly insightful, because high impressions often come with high engagement.
