⚠️ ONLY TIMESHEET REPORTS can be imported to MYOB Business Lite. Invoices cannot be integrated since there's no option to import Sales data into that version.

Creating staff profiles and staff mapping
On MYOB Business Lite, go to Payroll > Employees > Create employee. Set the basic details and make sure the first/last name and email address match the staff’s profile on ShiftCare.
In the staff’s contact details, set the Employee number and match it with the External System Identifier on the staff’s ShiftCare profile.
💡 Tip: You can also use the staff's unique ID from the ShiftCare URL

Back to MYOB Business Lite, move on to the Payroll details > Employment details tab to set the employment basis. Continue to the Salary and wages tab to set the pay basis and allocate the pay items for the staff.
Import timesheet to MYOB Business Lite

Export your weekly or fortnightly timesheet on ShiftCare with MYOB format to get the .txt file.
On MYOB Business Lite, click the ⚙️ icon at the top right, then choose Import and export data.
Choose Timesheets as the type of data to import. Upload the timesheet .txt file, and select Match employees using: Company name or last name. Click Import to start the process.
Navigate to Reporting > Reports > Payroll > Timesheets to see all the timesheets available in a certain date range. To see individual timesheet reports, navigate to Payroll > Timesheet and select the employee’s name and start of the week date.
