As a staff member, you can easily view, download, and track your important documents directly from the ShiftCare mobile app.
Depending on the type of document you need to access, there are two distinct areas in the app menu: My Documents and the Document Hub.
My Documents
The My Documents section is your private folder. This is where you will find your personal compliance records, such as your First Aid Certificate, Police Check, or specific qualifications.
Only you and your management team have access to the files stored here.
Open the app menu and tap 'My Documents'.
Here, you will see a list of your uploaded documents, including their names and expiry dates.
Tap on any document in the list to view or download it to your phone.
Uploading New Documents
If you need to provide an updated certificate or a new compliance record to your office team, you can upload it directly through this page.
Tap the 'Add New Document' button.
Fill out the required details:
Document Type: Select the category from the dropdown menu.
Expiry Date: Select the date the document expires, or tick 'No Expiration' if applicable.
Attach the file or photo from your phone.
Tap 'Save' to submit the document to your office team.
Document Hub
The Document Hub is a shared folder managed by your office team. Documents uploaded here are accessible to everyone in your organisation. This is typically where your admin team shares company-wide materials, such as policies, procedures, and handbooks.
Simply open the app menu and tap 'Document Hub' to view and download any of these shared resources.
Please note that while you can upload new files, any existing documents in 'My Documents' and the 'Document Hub' are read-only. You cannot edit or delete files directly within the app.
