Two Factor Authentication

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds a layer of protection to your account by requiring a second verification step beyond your password.

How to Enable 2FA

  1. Log in to your account at https://app.shiftcare.com

  2. Click on your profile name on the top right of the screen

  3. Click on Profile

  4. At the bottom of the screen click on Enable Two Factor Authentication

  5. Enter your password

  6. Check your email inbox for your verification code (may take a couple of minutes to come through)

  7. Enter the code

  1. Log into your account at https://app.shiftcare.com

  2. Check your email inbox for your verification code

  3. Enter your verification code

Logging in to the mobile app with 2FA enabled

  1. Open your mobile app

  2. Make sure that you select the correct server
    **"Global" is for the Australia server

  3. Log into your account
    *If you get incorrect username or password error, please use the "eye" button/icon to view the password you entered, just in case you missed one or two characters that need to be uppercase

  4. Check your email inbox for your verification code

  5. Enter your verification code to the mobile app's Verify Code section

How to disable 2FA
