Need to add additional users to your account? You can do this by navigating to your Settings and clicking on Users.
Click on the blue Add User button and enter the below details:
Email Address*
First Name
Last Name
Phone Number
Password*
*Required Fields
Once a user is added, they will receive a confirmation email. The user will need to verify their account before using their account. If the email can't be found, check the username assigned and have the user click on Didn't receive confirmation instructions? on the Shippit login page.
💡Tip
If your user already has access to another Shippit store, you no longer need to assign a password for them. Simply type in their email address and click on the blue Update button.
